Our Mission:
“To promote and facilitate positive mental health lifestyles within the community and support those with a mental illness, their carers and families, to attain improved mental health and well being.”
Pathways is a service for people aged 16 – 65 who are experiencing problems as a result of a mental illness. Pathways also offers support to carers as well as mental health education programs.
A community managed agency, funded by State and Federal Governments, Pathways is registered as a Community Support Service under the Victorian Mental Health Act. We are based on the shores of Corio Bay, in Geelong, Australia and we provide services throughout the Barwon sub region in South West Victoria. We also provide intensive residential and outreach services in Cairns and hinterland, North Queensland, in partnership with Queensland Mental Health.
