Colac Otway Services

Pathways Colac/Otway offers a diverse range of programs and activities to assist participants to recover from a mental illness.

Support workers assist participants to determine their needs and any barriers that may exist that make independent living in the community difficult. Each participant has an Individual Service Plan that assists them to set and reach personal goals and to access other services they need. In doing so, it is a plan for the participant's rehabilitation.

  • Strengthening self-esteem
  • Participating in a broad range of activities including recreation, arts, adult education
  • Developing independent living skills
  • Participating in community based courses and activities
  • Joining volunteer or paid employment

Participation in programs is subject to eligibility criteria.
